Daedalus is attending Maryland Sheep & Wool (May 4-5th) and Kentucky Sheep & Wool Festival (May 17-18th). Shipping delays surrounding these event are expected. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Unfortunately due to circumstances out of our control we cannot ship or receive packages via USPS (United States Postal Service) for the forseeable future. All packages will need to be shipped via UPS. If you use a PO Box you will need to update your shipping address to a physical street address. We apologize for any frustration this may causes.

All bobbins, Magpie Flyer Kits, Starling V3/V3FP Lace Flyer Kits, Starling V3/V3FP Art Flyers, and 3d printed accessories are printed/built to order. Due to this please keep in mind it will take some time to print and assemble your order.

How to Buy a Daedalus Wheel or Winder

These machines are sold in Shop Update batches in our shop. Once we know a batch is almost ready we will make a post to our Blog to announce the date and time for the Shop Update. Falcons, Magpies, and Starlings
To purchase one of these two wheels you will need to sign up for the queue. The current wait time is approximately 6 months but our wait time has been decreasing due to an increase in our build schedule. Once we reach your name in the queue we will send you an email to let you know we are ready to build your wheel. We will confirm with you what you would like to order before an invoice is sent. To sign up for the queue simply visit the shop collection for the wheel of your choice.
