We kindly request that, in order to provide everyone with the opportunity to purchase a Penelope band loom in our next Shop Update, you purchase only ONE Penelope. One per customer/household, and NO proxy shopping.
Shipping delays surrounding our fall festival season are expected, so please keep this in mind when making orders online.
Unfortunately due to circumstances out of our control we cannot ship packages via USPS (United States Postal Service) for the forseeable future. All packages will need to be shipped via UPS. If you use a PO Box you will need to update your shipping address to a physical street address. We apologize for any frustration this may causes.
All bobbins, Magpie Flyer Kits, Starling V3/V3FP Lace Flyer Kits, Starling V3/V3FP Art Flyers, and 3d printed accessories are printed/built to order. Due to this please keep in mind it will take some time to print and assemble your order.
